Hey. Missed you, boo!

But honestly, I missed writing here. I sometimes start something and unless it’s perfect, I don’t continue to go on. So, instead, in the last year of my 20’s — I am going to cut that shit out, and actually show up and share with you what we’re up to, what' we’re feeling and how life is going for us.

I don’t want these posts to be long, if anything I want them to be very concise and to the point, like I’m catching up with my friend, which is you! :D

Here are some highlights from the last 5 months…

We MOVED!

Back in February (WOW I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S MAY) we moved out of our little one bedroom apartment in Logan Square Chicago to downtown Chicago! We are loving it so far - it’s a new building and we are loving all the space we have now - a two bedroom with much room for our friends and family to visit!

Travel travel travel!

As always, our life has and is taking us to places around the world and we love it. Recently I’ve upped my game at trying to maximize the points game and get some great deals for our trips. :) We traveled to Spain with Isaac’s family - his parents and brother - and spent a few days in Barcelona afterwards. I’m still getting over my fear of flights but it’s getting better the more I fly! The time spent abroad was much needed as Isaac has never traveled with his parents as an adult, so it was super special to spend time and get to know them better. :)

We have some epic travels coming up in the next few weeks including stops in Austria, Berlin, Barcelona, Perpignan (Southern France), London, Edinburgh, Toronto, Minneapolis / St. Paul and Rhinelander (Isaac’s hometown) — phew.. But we are seeing friends, going to concerts (Yo-Yo Ma and Spice Girls!), going shopping, exploring and enjoying time together! It should be a really awesome summer, we are excited!
