***What black and white formal means: I want you to DRESS UP! Be fancy! Be glamorous! Attire is strictly black and white - please do not wear color. You can wear a white dress, a black dress, a black and white dress, a black suit, a white suit, etc. etc… I am going to be the only one wearing color ;) …Have fun with it! Wear fancy black or white hats, have sparkly jewelry, etc! Again, black and white only! :)***
